Product description:
Pilsner light barley malt is made from two-row malting spring barley. Soaking and germination conditions are chosen to ensure uniform germination and consistent product quality. The maximum drying temperature is usually 80−85 °C.
The flavor of Pilsner malt is typically described as malty, slightly nutty, and sweet. It is an excellent raw material for any malt beer, but has enough activity and character to be used as a base malt for most beers.
